Shipping policy

Crystals & Gemstones:

All products are genuine and authentic from honest and reputable suppliers.

TheScorpioGang will always supply genuine items that have been ethically sourced and harvested by expert geologists at well-known locations from around the world.

We do not sell cheap imitations or lab-created crystals/gemstones. All crystals are genuine and natural.

All crystals/gemstones will be shipped in a careful package, so they arrive at their destination safely. All gemstones will be wrapped carefully to avoid damage and wear during transit. We are not responsible for any physical damage to the product caused by mismanagement of the package after delivery.

Apparel

Each order placed is custom-made for each customer as soon as the order is received. We do not accept returns or replacements, including those cases where the customer wants a different size product. (You can view the sizing chart on each of the product pages.)

It is not possible to edit or cancel your order, once you have clicked on the “Complete Order” button. However, if you need to change things like addresses, etc... please let us know as soon as possible, we will try to make the changes.

Any defects or errors in delivery must be reported within 4 days and no later than 7 days from shipping date. If there is a defect or error in your order Contact us via email TheScorpioGang@gmail.com as soon as possible. Modifications to your order will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged items:

If your product arrives damaged, then get in touch with us within a week (7 business days) of receiving your order also make sure to send a photo of the damaged product to TheScorpioGang@gmail.com

Shipping Process (IMPORTANT!!!)

  1. It takes 2–7 business days to fulfill an order.
  2. After the order is fulfilled then it is shipped out to the customer.

The average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the delivery destination (in the US):

USA: 3-8 business days

Canada: 5-10 business days

World: 10-20 business days

You can track your shipment with the Shop app, you will also get email with tracking information when your order is shipped.

Tracking information will be sent to your email once the order is shipped out.

Order never arrived:

First, locate your shipping confirmation, which should have been emailed to you, and check that you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect then it is out of our control to fix.

Secondly, if you still do not see the package after the specified shipment date has arrived then get in touch with your local post office to track the package.
